Once your donation is successfully processed and cleared by the payment gateway, it is immediately allocated to the intended project or cause. Therefore, contributions are final and cannot be refunded or cancelled.
In the unlikely event that your account is debited multiple times for a single donation, we will ensure a refund of the excess amount. The refund will be processed within 5-7 working days, in collaboration with our payment gateway provider.
